MONETARY DONATIONS

We care for 800-1000 homeless cats and dogs every year. We are frugal, but we never skimp on the needs of any animal in our care.

Our expenses include: veterinary services (spaying and neutering, vaccinations, tests, medication), pet food (special diets when needed), kitty litter, utility bills, building maintenance,
 educational programs, initial costs for fund raising and paying our caring and knowledgeable staff.

The Saint Charles Humane Society gratefully accepts monetary and product donations. Your gift is tax deductible.

Stop by our facility and make a cash or check donation 7 days a week any time between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Become an Angel:

You can join our Angel Program by making a commitment to donate $10.00 or more per month. You can mail your check every month or setup a credit card payment / auto debit plan. For more information, call the office at 636-949-9918.

Planned Giving & Bequests:

The St. Charles Humane Society offers many ways for you to contribute on a continual basis, and can help with estate planning and bequests in our name. Please contact the shelter to learn how you can become a long-term donor.

Matching Gifts:

Contrary to popular belief, these are not just gifts in the same style and color. Many employers offer a matching gifts program when employees donate to charitable organizations. Your tax deductible gift could be worth twice what you write your check out for! Contact your Human Resources department for the proper procedures.

What To Give
“The Person Who Has Everything”

Most of us do not need or want more “things” that we need to find a space for and then dust. How do you honor someone and not give them more things to store? A tribute donation is a great way to make a difference and not add to their clutter! Simply call with your credit card 636-949-9918 or send a check by mail with the person’s name and address and we will send them a card announcing that you have made a donation in their name. Their name will also be listed in our next newsletter in the tribute section.

Memorials

Memorial gifts are a thoughtful way to honor a person or pet who has passed on. An acknowledgment card is sent to the person of your choice and the memorial will also be listed in our next newsletter.

INK CARTRIDGES

We recycle ink jet and laser printer cartridges for money also! Drop them off anytime—you may leave them on the porch if we are not here.

VOLUNTEER

CAR DONATIONS

The St. Charles Humane Society is accepting your used car donation. Please call 636-949-9918 to discuss the way you can turn your used car into a tax deduction and benefit the animals at our shelter.
